Because many of our items are handmade, customized, or prepared in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you review our policy below before purchasing.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Customized or personalized items
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Opened or used study kits, devotionals, or printed materials
• Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Once reviewed, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• An item is unavailable and cannot be replaced
• An order cannot be fulfilled by our ministry team
• A duplicate payment was processed

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in processing or preparation and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

DOY Sister to Sister is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Please allow additional processing time for:

• Large ministry or group orders
• Holiday seasons or special events
• Pre-order items

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Pre-Order Items

If your purchase includes a pre-order item, your entire order may ship once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DOY Sister to Sister is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Local Pickup & Ministry Events

Local pickup or event delivery may be available for select ministry gatherings, retreats, or conferences. Additional details will be provided when applicable.
