Please read and complete the registration form below. All registered vendors are expected to comply with the below stated rules. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave and no further invitations to any of our shows.
The hours of the Tea are 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Setup will start at 8:00 am the morning of the event. Vendors must be ready no later than 9:30 am. There will be no tearing down of displays before the 1:00 PM end of show.
This will be an indoor event with limited electricity available. Spaces are 10x10 and includes 1-six-foot table and 2-chairs. If you have any special needs for your space, please note them on the registration form. Every attempt will be made to meet special requests, but we do not guarantee anything.
APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS ARE DATE STAMPED UPON RECEIPT.
ONLY RECEIPT OF PAYMENT COMPLETES REGISTRATION.
Please note that this event is administered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only 1 vendor will be allowed per company (i.e. first Avon representative to submit fully completed paperwork AND payment will get a space). Hand crafts, direct sales, personal services and small businesses welcome; no knockoffs, no resellers or flea market items. All vendors who submit an application and are selected for the event will receive an email confirmation and payment is due within 48hours or space will be forfeited.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow sales, promotion, or display of any items that are dangerous, or in any way offensive to the community. Examples would be weapons, drugs or drug paraphernalia, occult items, or any items that promote hate. Anyone displaying or offering any such items for sale will be asked to leave immediately. If you are unsure of the suitability of your products, please contact us.
When you arrive to set up, go through the doors to the left. Tables will be labeled with your product or business name.
